At Secret Perfumes Global Formulations, we ensure safe, timely, and professional delivery of all perfume compounds and aroma oils across India. Please read the details of our shipping process below.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders require 2–3 working days for processing and preparation.

  • This includes quality checks, batch packing, labelling, and secure packaging of sensitive fragrance materials.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.

    We ship using trusted and reputed courier partners to ensure safe handling of perfume raw materials:

    • Anjani courier/ Tirupati courier,/Maruti courier 

    • Delhivery

    • DTDC

    • Professional Couriers
      (Selection depends on your pincode and courier feasibility.)

  • Shipping Charges

    • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.

    • Final shipping costs will be communicated before payment and dispatch.

    Tracking Information

    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

    • You can track your shipment status until it reaches your destination.

    Packaging & Safety

    • All products are packed in secure, leak-proof, industry-grade packaging to prevent spillage or damage.

    • Bulk orders are reinforced with additional safety packing.

    Delays & Exemptions

    Delivery may be affected due to:

    • Unforeseen courier delays

    • Remote or non-serviceable locations

    • Natural events or strikes

    In such cases, we will assist you promptly and coordinate with the courier partner.

    Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

    If the shipment returns due to:

    • Incorrect address

    • Unreachable contact number

    • Repeated delivery attempts failed

    Re-shipping charges will apply.
